1. Do I need experience to start BJJ?
No! Our classes are beginner-friendly, and our instructors will guide you step by step.
2. What should I wear for my first class?
Wear comfortable workout clothes like a t-shirt and shorts without zippers. If you decide to continue training, we recommend purchasing a BJJ gi (uniform).
3. How often should I train?
It depends on your schedule and goals. Many students train 2-3 times per week, while others prefer daily practice for faster progress.
4. Can I pause my membership if I travel or have work commitments?
Yes! We offer flexible memberships that allow you to pause for up to 2 months per year.
5. Do you offer private lessons?
Yes! Private lessons are available for those who prefer one-on-one coaching or want to accelerate their progress.

6. How long is each class?
Each class lasts 60 minutes, including warm-ups, technique drills, and live training.
7. Do I need to book classes in advance?
Yes, class sizes are limited, and we recommend reserving your spot in advance.
8. Can I watch a class before joining?
Yes, visitors are welcome to observe a class before deciding to train.
9. Are there different levels of classes?
Yes, we offer:

✔ All Levels Classes – Open to beginners and experienced practitioners.
✔ Advanced Classes – Invitation-only for more experienced students.
