FITNESS

An all-in-one fitness class suitable for everyone, FaMA Fit incorporates moves from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing together with functional training to help develop flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, and stamina. FaMA Fit and FaMA Fit Fundamentals classes are run by professional athlete Coach Kirstie Gannaway.

FaMA Fit

Basic

The entry level version of FaMA Fit, is suitable for anyone looking to get back into shape by starting with basic movement patterns and getting a taste of Martial Arts training concepts. It is a suitable class for all levels, but with a focus on basics and building strong training foundations.

 

The class consists of basic movement drills derived from striking and grappling, basic bodyweight exercises to develop overall strength, as well as various other drills with a focus on improving agility, flexibility, stability and explosiveness.

FaMA Fit

Intermediate

For anyone looking to get fit through Martial Arts, FaMA Fit is a high intensity interval structured training session that incorporates concepts derived from striking and grappling.

 

Students will have the opportunity to work on flexibility, agility, strength, core and endurance. This will be achieved with dynamic and functional movements and concepts with a Martial Arts influence.
