An all-in-one fitness classes suitable for everyone, FaMA's fitness classes incorporate moves from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing together with functional training to help develop flexibility, mobility, strength, balance, and stamina.
FaMA Fit
Designed to improve strength, agility, mobility, explosiveness, muscular endurance and overall athletic performance. Students can expect to go through exercises and movement concepts that include the use of bodyweight drills, kettlebells, medicine balls and slam balls.
We recommend that students have a basic-intermediate experience with weight training.
