Designed to improve strength, agility, mobility, explosiveness, muscular endurance and overall athletic performance. Students can expect to go through exercises and movement concepts that include the use of bodyweight drills, kettlebells, medicine balls and slam balls.
We recommend that students have a basic-intermediate experience with weight training.
This class is designed to improve the physical performance of a martial arts athlete. The program includes exercises and movement concepts with an intention to improve strength, speed & stamina for martial arts. Students can expect up to 3 minute rounds of work including foot work drills, ladder drills, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight exercises and bagwork.
