ACADEMY NEWS
NEW CLASSES
JUNIOR TIGERS MUAY THAI
• Tue/Thu - 4:00 pm
• Sat - 12:30 pm
A tiger may not change its stripes but they still grow up.
In this class, Coach Kirstie helps to further develop the Junior Tigers’ ability and application of Muay Thai techniques, all while improving coordination, reaction time, defensive skills, agility and speed.
This class also includes low-impact partner drills and specific sparring, which gives the students an opportunity to develop their cooperation and social skills as well as refine their Muay Thai techniques.
BJJ NO-GI
• Mon/Wed - 9:00 pm
• Tue/Thu - 11:00 am
• Fri - 7:45 pm
• Sat - 4:00 pm
No-Gi is back!
Shed the gi, work your wrestling and learn how to leg lock people with the return of our BJJ No Gi class now offered six days a week.
BOXING
• Mon/Wed/Fri - 6:30 pm
A complimentary class to our Muay Thai program, learn all the necessary offensive and defensive techniques, as well as how to apply footwork, distance and angles to become well versed in the art of boxing.
Perfect for anyone looking to get fit and get started in boxing.
