Kru Yo's Weekly Muay Thai Combo


This week Kru Yo shows us a key detail when using a cross block.


1. jab, cross

2. lead upward elbow

3. rear spinning elbow

4. catch kick on lead side

5. drop the leg and rear knee

6. step back with lead leg to avoid kick

7. rear leg kick and step forward

8. lead leg cross block

9. rear knee

10. rear kick x2
