“FaMA will always hold a special place in my heart. When I was looking for gyms I originally planned to do trials at quite a few to find a good fit but after my first class at FaMA my search was over. The level of instruction, facilities and above all friendly and welcoming atmosphere sealed the deal.
I had tried to start BJJ three times in the past decade at different gyms in different countries and despite liking the actual training never felt comfortable, motivated or fit enough to return and commit to it. But thanks to the great instructors, like Professor Thiago, as well as patient and helpful training partners, I was able to ease into training and now after two years I am happily obsessed training every chance I get.
Through FaMA, I have developed a true love for the art, made great friends and adopted a healthier lifestyle as well as shedding 15 kg.
To anyone wanting to try BJJ or Muay Thai, I can't recommend FaMA enough. The instructors are world class, the community is amazing and everyone knows your name!”
