Always at a 45-degree angle.

While he has mentioned this many times before, in this Muay Thai outtake from last week’s combo Kru Yo reiterates the importance of your blocking/checking leg always being at a 45-degree angle to avoid exposing your peroneal nerve to calf kicks.
